- Regular parcel post orders $13.95 under $129/ Free shipping over $129 - Place your order by:
- WA/NT/FNQ/NQ/Rural areas by midnight Wednesday 3 December
- Metro suburbs & capital cities by midnight Sunday 7 December
- NZ - order via International Parcel Post need to be placed by midnight on Wednesday 3 Dec , note international time frames for Christmas deliveries.
Orders placed after the above deadlines are not guaranteed to make 25 Dec timing; and once products leave our warehouse we are unable to impact any fast tracking or changing of address with Australia Post. Orders / Delivery After Dec 23
Our office will be closed from midday Tuesday 23 Dec , and will re-open on Monday 5 January 2026. Your orders will continue to be processed during this time, and will be dispatched by our warehouse team in the order they are received. Please note - our staff do not work on public holidays. Due to the Christmas timing and many public holidays at this time, delivery timelines WILL be impacted.

Returns
Our Returns Department will re-open on Monday 5 January: returns will be processed and refunded in the order in which we received them. Refunds will be processed back via the payment method. Please see HERE for further detail on returns.
