Wheels and Motion DAILY DEALS – Terms & Returns

Free shipping is applicable on all Wheels and Motion Daily Deals.

No other discounts or discount codes are applicable, and you cannot use WAM newsletter 15% signup discount with these offers. 

No change-of-mind refunds on Daily Deal items will be accepted.

Consumers are not entitled to a refund under the ACCC consumer guarantees if they got what they ordered but simply changed their mind, the product did not fit, they found the product cheaper somewhere else, decided they didn't like the purchase or had no use for it. 

This is highly applicable to HELMET purchases so PLEASE ensure you measure your child's head as per instruction and choose the correct size.

Furthermore, if your order has been dispatched, delivery attempt failed as you were not home to take delivery and the order is now awaiting collection at a local post office - if you then instruct "Return to sender"- this will be regarded as a change of mind return and under the Daily Deal Policy you will not be due a refund. 

If the item arrived damaged or missing parts

All orders leave our warehouse in brand new undamaged condition. If your item arrives damaged or missing parts, we will gladly replace the damaged or missing parts to you.   Should we require the goods returned, we will offer a return solution.

All claims for damaged items must be made within 2 business days of receiving your order. It is important that you open your order as soon as you get it, and notify us immediately if there is any damage.   Please take photographs of any damage and email them to us at orders@wheelsandmotion.com.au, before sending the item back. Please include your name, order number, and phone number so we can contact you.   We will assess the parts required from the photographs supplied.  

Your purchase automatically comes with protections under Australian Consumer Law to refund or replace for a major problem with a product. All of our products are fully backed by manufacturer warranty, and we will either repair or replace the product for you, or if stocks are exhausted, offer a similar product as a replacement.
