Simply turn the knob to increase the resistance of the two middle wheels. This helps limit speed and gives young skaters more control and stability as they learn at their own pace| providing safe| confidence-building practice sessions.   Once they're ready| simply decrease the resistance for the full skating experience without any limitations.
